軟水處理設(shè)備是采用離子交換原理，去除水中鈣、鎂等結(jié)垢離子，通常由控制器、樹脂罐、鹽罐組成的一體化設(shè)備。其控制器可選用自動(dòng)沖洗控制器，手動(dòng)沖洗控制器。自動(dòng)控制器可自動(dòng)完成軟水、反洗、再生、正洗及鹽業(yè)箱自動(dòng)補(bǔ)水全部工作的循環(huán)過程。樹脂罐可選用玻璃鋼罐、炭鋼罐或不銹鋼罐。鹽罐主要裝備鹽用于樹脂胞和后的再生。

一、工作原理

水的硬度主要是由其中的陽(yáng)離子：鈣(Ca2+)、鎂(Mg2+)離子構(gòu)成的。當(dāng)含有硬度離子的原水通過離子交換樹脂層時(shí)，水中的鈣、鎂離子與樹脂內(nèi)的鈉離子發(fā)生置換，樹脂吸附了鈣、鎂離子而鈉離子進(jìn)入水中，這樣從交換器內(nèi)流出的水就是去掉了硬度離子的軟化水。隨著交換過程的不斷進(jìn)行，樹脂中Na+全部被置出來后就失去了交換功能，此時(shí)必須使用Nacl溶液對(duì)樹脂進(jìn)行再生，將樹脂吸附的Ca2+、Mg2+置換下來，樹脂重新吸附了鈉離子，恢復(fù)了軟化交換能力。
