設(shè)備根據(jù)船廠合同技術(shù)協(xié)議要求設(shè)計，滿足規(guī)定的尺寸要求及加裝吊耳，具有體積小、占地省、安裝方便、適應(yīng)性強的特點。適用于船舶及海上作業(yè)平臺，該設(shè)備操作簡單維修方便，只要提供海水、電源，啟動后及可產(chǎn)水，設(shè)備脫鹽率高、性能穩(wěn)定、安全可靠。

The equipment is designed according to the requirements of the technical agreement of the shipyard contract. It meets the specified size requirements and is equipped with lifting lug. It has the characteristics of small volume, less land occupation, convenient installation and strong adaptability. It is suitable for ships and offshore platforms. The equipment is simple to operate and easy to maintain. As long as seawater and power supply are provided, and water can be produced after startup, the desalination rate of the equipment is high, the performance is stable, safe and reliable.

該系統(tǒng)能夠有效地去除海水中的無機鹽、重金屬離子、有機物細菌及病菌等有害成分，將海水淡化為符合國家生活飲用水衛(wèi)生標準（GB5749-2006）的優(yōu)質(zhì)水。

The system can effectively remove inorganic salts, heavy metal ions, organic matter, bacteria and other harmful components in seawater, and desalinate seawater into high-quality water in line with the national drinking water health standard (GB5749-2006).

系統(tǒng)功能    1. 高壓卸荷，當高壓泵出水壓力超過6.2MPa時設(shè)備自動停機保護動作并發(fā)出聲光報警。

system function 1. High pressure unloading. When the outlet pressure of high pressure pump exceeds 6.2mpa, the equipment will stop automatically and give out sound and light alarm.

2. 低壓停機保護，當預處理供水不足引起高壓泵進水壓力低于0.05MPa時，自動停機保護動作并發(fā)出聲光報警。  3. 配置有手動多路閥，多介質(zhì)過濾器在壓差達到0.1MPa 時進行清洗。  4. 配置反滲透膜清洗系統(tǒng)，可對反滲透膜組件進行物理清洗、化學清洗和加注保護液。

2. Low pressure shutdown protection: when the inlet pressure of high-pressure pump is lower than 0.05Mpa due to insufficient water supply for pretreatment, the automatic shutdown protection will act and sound and light alarm will be sent out.   3. Equipped with manual multi-channel valve, the multi-media filter can be cleaned when the pressure difference reaches 0.1MPa.   4. Equipped with reverse osmosis membrane cleaning system, the reverse osmosis membrane module can be physically cleaned, chemically cleaned and filled with protective liquid.
