日化品廠產(chǎn)生的廢水量一般都不會(huì)很大，但是這些廢水中的污染濃度非常高，就算日化品的生產(chǎn)量再大，它的廢水因?yàn)槿栈飞a(chǎn)工序的原因?qū)е聫U水的產(chǎn)生量也不會(huì)太大，不過(guò)其水量和水質(zhì)的起伏也比較大不規(guī)律，不止如此廢水中的LAS和COD的濃度也比一般的水質(zhì)高出很多，其水中的活性劑在水中的存貨量非常的少因此另一方面也會(huì)造成破壞水質(zhì)的張力。如果遇到生物處理時(shí)活性劑又不得超過(guò)1000mg/L，因?yàn)樯锾幚砉に囋谟龅接卸疚镔|(zhì)在好氧的階段會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的泡沫；而中水回用他是一體化全自動(dòng)的生物膜反應(yīng)器，也叫MBR設(shè)備它的生物處理技術(shù)可完全代替了傳統(tǒng)的中水處理工藝，其可從進(jìn)水到達(dá)標(biāo)出水一體達(dá)成，可大|大的減少用地面積和人工，而且出水穩(wěn)定易操作可的去除水中的各種有毒物質(zhì)和，產(chǎn)出污泥量非常少，而水中的懸浮物質(zhì)幾乎接近零排出，還含有消毒殺菌的作用，直接處理到中水達(dá)標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

It can greatly reduce the land area and manpower, and the effluent is stable and easy to operate. It can remove all kinds of toxic substances and pollutants in the water, and produce very little sludge, The suspended matter in the water is almost zero discharge, and it also has the function of disinfection and sterilization, which can be directly treated to the standard of reclaimed water.

1. 系統(tǒng)采用全自動(dòng)控制(同時(shí)亦可采用手動(dòng)控制），系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行時(shí)可設(shè)定自動(dòng)反洗、再生程序；
